1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of ANNA 1DRIVER ("we", "us", "our"), a proprietorship of Shrikant Anna Readdy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

ANNA 1DRIVER provides personal driver services in the Delhi NCR region. Our drivers drive your personal vehicle. We offer hourly, full day, night, outstation, corporate, airport transfer, and emergency driver services. Service availability may vary based on location, time, and driver availability.

3. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or through our website contact form. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team. We aim to fulfill all booking requests but cannot guarantee availability at all times.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on our website are indicative and subject to change.
• 18% GST is applicable on all services.
• Final fare will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Additional charges such as toll fees, parking fees, interstate permits, and fuel costs (for outstation trips) are borne by the customer.
• Payment can be made via Cash, UPI, or Online transfer after the trip.

5. Vehicle Requirements

Your vehicle must meet the following requirements for our driver to operate it:

• Valid vehicle registration certificate (RC)
• Comprehensive vehicle insurance
• Sufficient fuel for the trip
• Roadworthy condition

We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle does not meet basic safety standards.

6. Driver Verification

All our drivers undergo a verification process that includes driving license verification, PAN card verification, and background checks. For your safety, every assigned driver shares their PAN Card and Driving License details with you before the trip begins.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking before the driver departs for your location at no charge. Cancellations after the driver has departed may attract a nominal cancellation fee. For full details, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

ANNA 1DRIVER acts as a service provider connecting you with personal drivers. While we aim to provide reliable and safe service:

• We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle during the trip unless caused by gross negligence of the assigned driver.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• We are not liable for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when making a booking.
• Ensure your vehicle is in roadworthy condition with valid documents.
• Treat our drivers with respect and courtesy.
• Do not request the driver to violate traffic rules or laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
