Important Information

Additional Charges: Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permits, and fuel costs (for outstation trips) are borne by the customer and are not included in the base fare listed above.

Your Vehicle Requirements: Your car must have valid registration (RC), comprehensive insurance, and sufficient fuel. The vehicle should be in roadworthy condition. We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle does not meet basic safety standards.

Cancellation: You may cancel a booking before the driver departs for your location at no charge. Cancellations after the driver has departed may attract a nominal cancellation fee. For full details, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
